Torre del Moro, built in 1933 and restored in 2005, is located in the Beachwood Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills. The historic Torre del Moro is filled with architectural details not seen in new construction today. The property was originally built by Marie Russack Hotchener in 1933 who also built Moorcrest and the Ternary Building in the Beachwood Canyon area.
Torre del Moro consists of five residential units highlighting the Andalusian architecture of the area, and was impressively restored in 2005 by Howell & Padgett. Each of the units has its own unique outdoor space, privacy, views, and parking. They feature hardwood floors, a private patio, secure private entrance, handmade wrought iron balconies and central AC and heat. The European kitchens boast Carerra marble counters, custom cabinetry finishes and Miele, Gaggenau, SubZero and Balthaus appliances.
