Beverly Ridge Estates is a small gated community in BHPO located off the west side of Coldwater Canyon immediately south of Hidden Valley Estates. The neighborhood lies to the east of Beverly Park, on the opposite side of Franklin Canyon near the crest of the Santa Monica Mountains. This guard gated enclave of a dozen homes is centered along Beverly Ridge Terrace, the namesake private thoroughfare.

Homes in the community are large and average over 10,000 square feet of living space. The large lots offer a high proportion of flat usable space to accommodate swimming pools and sprawling lawns. All of the properties offer sweeping views of the surrounding canyons and are individually gated, providing a double layer of security.

The largest estate is a 25,000 square foot villa on 19 acres at the southern end of the community that was completed in 2012.
