Oak Pass Road is an exclusive gated neighborhood in Beverly Hills Post Office situated west of North Beverly Park. Some of the first homes were built here in the late 1930's with the largest majority of homes built in the 1950's and 60's. Many celebrities and high net worth individuals love this neighborhood for it's private and remote location.
Coveted for privacy and seclusion, the neighborhood is a wooded oasis with residences tucked between mature trees and undulating hills. All homes are situated off of Oak Pass Road , a winding thoroughfare bookended by two sets of unmanned gates at Antelope Road (lower gate) and Highridge Place (upper gate).
Scenic mountain and canyon views pervade the community, which experiences a two hundred foot elevation change between the two gates. Approximately two thirds of homes have pools and a quarter offer guest houses. Select homes in this neighborhood are on oversized lots that can average between one to three acres of land and span up to 18,000 square feet of living space.
The Oak Pass Road Association (OPRA) oversees maintenance of the gates, intercom and roads over which all homeowners have non exclusive easements.
