Hidden Valley Estates is one of a handful of gated enclaves in the Beverly Hills Post Office. This 24-hour guard-gated community offers only 33 homes tucked away along Coldwater Canyon Drive. The west side of the neighborhood borders the unspoiled wilderness of Franklin Canyon Park, where residents can access hiking trails directly adjacent to the community. The topography of Hidden Valley Estates limits one's views, however provides the sense of seclusion and privacy, sought after by many of its residents.

Hidden Valley Estates homes range in size from around 2,500 square feet up to over 10,000 square feet. Most offer larger lots, some of which exceed an acre in size. The community does not have a formal homeowner's association but residents are billed a monthly assessment to cover the shared costs of security.
