Lago Vista, built in 1973, is a unique modernist building known as the "Crown Jewel" of Echo Park. Renowned architect Allyn E. Morris left his mark when he designed Lago Vista, curving along a high bluff overlooking Echo Park Lake. This mid-century modern building boasts clean lines, open floor plans, panoramic views, impeccably maintained grounds and is the only water front complex in the city.

Lago Vista offers 48 units on 5 floors with single level and townhome style residences ranging around 800 square feet.
