The Meyer at 3rd, Built between 1936 - 1939 and re-imagined in 2019, is a boutique collection of residences situated in the heart of Beverly Grove. Located moments from the acclaimed dining and shopping of West Hollywood, The Grove and Beverly Hills, the building features original architecture by Meyer & Holler, the world-renowned architects behind Hollywood’s Grauman’s Chinese Theater and the Getty House. Eight distinct condominiums have been redesigned by L.A.-based BLDG Partners to include contemporary features, such as sleek marble and quartz countertops, custom millwork, Miele and Bertazzoni appliances and private outdoor spaces.

The building’s H-shaped site was historically designated by the Los Angeles City Council in 2015 and served as the main residence for architects Mendel Meyer and Gabriel Holler for decades. The current one- and two-bedroom residences are situated around a central, open-air courtyard with mature, leafy fruit trees and a picturesque lily pond. All eight residences boast bright, airy interiors with high ceilings, wainscotting, wood-burning fireplaces, washers and dryers and contemporary kitchen appliances. Thoughtful 1930s and 1940s-inspired design details abound, providing a classic charm at every turn. Each residence also leads to a generous private outdoor deck.
