An active member of the community since he moved to Silver Lake in 1994, Todd has served on the Board of the Silver Lake Residents’ Association and was the Treasurer of the Friends of Ivanhoe Elementary School while his children attended. He has been on the Glendale Freeway Terminus Committee, the Downtown Redcar Advisory Committee board, and was the President of USC’s Real Estate Alumni and Friends organization. Todd has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Lawrence University and obtained an MBA from the University of Southern California, graduating with honors.
Director of development Jeff Farrington an Echo Park local manages all new and existing development activities. Jeff has several years of public sector experience and has worked for local governments in New York City, Washington DC, and West Hollywood. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara and Master of City Planning degree from UC Berkeley.
