Golden Triangle
The Golden Triangle is located in the Beverly Hills dining, shopping and business district. The neighborhood is bounded by Santa Monica Blvd, Rexford Drive and Wilshire Blvd. World renowned Rodeo Drive bisects the community, anchored by the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons hotel. The Triangle is a global shopping mecca, with high end boutiques lining Rodeo and many of the adjacent streets.
The Golden Triangle has only a handful of condo buildings and Rexford is the only street with single family homes. The ultra luxurious Maybourne "formerly the Montage" stands in a class all its own, commanding the highest price per square foot for condominiums in the greater Los Angeles area.
